Project Description:
What a fun project this was! This family was ready to sell the home and their realtor told them they should consider updating the kitchen to make it more desirable. We were able to remove a wall between the kitchen and family room. We also removed all the soffits to achieve a true open concept. Most of the cabinets were refaced, but we added the buffet cabinets and the floating shelves for additional storage. Silver Pearl granite counter tops were used, and a classic white subway tile was installed for the back splash. The lighting was updated in the entire space, as well.
The best part of this project was that the homeowners loved the result - they stayed in the home for another 4 years!
When they sold, they recouped all of their investment!
